Users who purchase peace of mind insurance business should contact the insurance company within 3 days from the date of purchasing the insurance policy and 7 days before the start of the performance (subject to the insurance company). If they meet the claim conditions, the claim standard is: 90% of the actual payment amount of the air ticket (excluding the courier fee).
