What should I do if I send a text message to the court?

Legal analysis: Under normal circumstances, there will be no SMS notification in court. The court may notify the parties concerned by means of short message, telephone or fax in cases that are tried by summary procedure.

Article 2.2: A data message is information generated, sent, received or stored by electronic, optical, magnetic or similar means.

Article 7 Data messages shall not be refused to be used as evidence just because they are generated, sent, received or stored by electronic, optical, magnetic or similar means.
