You can open it by phone or at the bank counter.

The cardholder can dial the customer service line on the back of the bank card to transfer the manual service, and provide his card number, ID number and mobile phone number for SMS notification service.

With ID card and bank card, the cardholder applies to the bank counter to open the SMS reminder service, binds the mobile phone number according to the staff's prompt, and then receives and inputs the verification code to open the SMS reminder service.
