How to use polite phrases for food delivery people

① When the merchant is slow to serve the meal, first ask the merchant about the approximate meal delivery time and politely say: "Hello, may I ask when the meal will be served so that I can contact the customer. Don't keep the customer waiting. Thank you for your hard work.”

②Contact the customer by phone and explain to the customer the reason for the possible delay: “Hello, I am a Meituan rider. Your meal may be delivered later. We will serve it here. I will send it to you as soon as possible, and it is expected to be delivered to you around XX time. Please understand. ”

02 Use more honorifics

Whether you are picking it up at the store. If you are just delivering food to customers, you are right to use more honorifics.
