4. Personnel in the city where the low-risk area outside the province is located, SMS reminder, yellow code, implement "three days and two inspections". People outside the province and in the city where the low-risk areas are located should be reminded by SMS, and 1 nucleic acid detection should be conducted within 24 hours after returning to the city. If nucleic acid tests are not coded in yellow on time, they will be decoded within 24 hours.
