Say to the teacher: we are very grateful to the teacher for his hard work and patient education for our children. I hope teachers will make persistent efforts to encourage children and stimulate their interest, potential and spirit of struggle. I also hope that teachers will contact us more and report their situation so that we can better cooperate with your education work.

For children: pretend not to know, never ask the teacher directly, and don't blame. Doing so will be counterproductive. Look for appropriate opportunities to guide the child to speak out and praise him for his courage to admit his mistakes. If you can't find the right opportunity at the moment, use the opposite method: tell him that the teacher reflects that he is better than before in some aspect (that is, the aspect where he has problems) and you are happy for his progress. I believe he will do better.
