It is impossible to catch the whole network. Even if the bank submits it to the court first, the court will inform you to adjust the repayment. If not, the court will put you on the list of dishonesty and submit you to the Public Security Bureau. Ordinary online loans or small loans do not have that right. At most, it is phone harassment, SMS bombing and address book explosion. My personal suggestion is to find a way to pay it back. If the interest (total repayment amount-loan amount ÷ number of years ÷ loan amount) exceeds 0.24, you can only pay the interest within 0.24, and you don't have to pay the excess. Borrowing is risky, and it is done and cherished.
