The relevant matters of the activity are hereby notified as follows:

I. Activity time: May 27th-May 29th (see the attached table for the specific schedule).

1. International students should report to the Xitianyou Hotel of Donghua University Hotel at 0: 30 on May 26th (1:30), and you can take the No.4 or No.3 subway and get off at Yan 'an West Road Station. Exit 2, get off the overpass and enter the university campus, which is near the former boys' dormitory.

2. At 8: 30am on May 27th, foreign students and Shanghai students gathered in the stepped classroom on the second floor of the first teaching building of Donghua University (it turned out that the classroom where our big class was held was sitting in the seat where we used to sit forty years ago, recalling the past time).

Second, the activity cost:

1. The expenses of this activity are based on AA system, and 500 yuan is tentatively set for each person. Foreign students are responsible for their round-trip expenses.

2. The financial management of activities is strict, and the insufficient part is subsidized by some students.
