Under the condition of international roaming in Malaysia, GSM network can be used, and the tariff standard is as follows:

1. New Tianyi International Card users charge 0.39 yuan/message to Chinese mainland, 1.29 yuan/message to other countries and regions, and receive messages free of charge.

2. The original Tianyi International Card users pay 2.89 yuan/article for sending SMS to Chinese mainland and 3.69 yuan/article for sending SMS to other countries and regions, and receiving SMS is free.
