Online real estate licensing process

Prepare work, log in to official website of Real Estate Bureau, register account, fill in application information, upload materials, wait for review, and get the electronic real estate license.

1. Preparation: Prepare the house purchase contract, house purchase invoice, house owner's ID card, household registration book and other relevant supporting documents.

2. Login to official website Real Estate Bureau: enter official website, the local real estate bureau, in the browser, and select the option of "online registration" or "online service" after entering official website.

3. Account Registration: On the official website page of the Real Estate Bureau, click the "Register" button, fill in the personal information and set the password.

4. Fill in the application information: after logging in, select the option of "Personal Property Certificate Handling" and fill in the relevant information according to the page prompts.

5. Upload materials: After filling in the application information, upload the prepared related materials.

6. Waiting for approval: After submitting the application, you need to wait for the approval of relevant departments, and the approval period is 3-5 working days.

7. Obtain the electronic real estate license: If it passes the examination, you will receive a short message notice or log in to inquire about the electronic real estate license, and collect the paper real estate license at the designated place or download a copy of the electronic real estate license directly according to the notification requirements.
