Account Forgot Taobao's login interface has a "Forgot Password". After clicking, you will see a "Forgot User Name". Just select that one, and then fill in what you know according to the prompt, and you will receive your user name. If the information inside is unclear, call Taobao customer service and ask them to help you find a Taobao account.

Open Taobao, enter the login interface, and click "Forgot Password".
