4. If the traffic packet can be processed by sending instructions to the SMS business hall, it can be processed by sending corresponding SMS instructions to the SMS business hall;

5. Call the customer service hotline 100 10 to ask if it can be handled. If yes, it can be handled through the customer service hotline 100 10.

6. Go to the local business hall for consultation, subject to the on-site handling of the business hall.
