Huawei enhances information function.

Enhanced information is a customized service of China mobile operators, which is temporarily not supported by China Unicom and China Telecom. At present, the menu of enhanced information can only be displayed when the main card is China Mobile Card. When the main card is a non-mobile card, the enhanced information menu cannot be displayed and the enhanced information function cannot be used.

To use the enhanced information function, you need to turn on the mobile VoLTE service first. Please consult your mobile operator for details.

By default, the enhanced information feature is turned off. If you need to use it, you can open the information and click > Settings > Enhanced Information to turn on the enhanced information switch.
