Will the notice of hearing be notified by SMS?

Legal analysis: Generally, the court will not hold a court session until it is notified by the court, otherwise it will not be able to hold a court session. The notice of hearing shall be served in writing before the hearing, and only after the written consent of the parties can the notice be sent by SMS.

Article 87 With the consent of the person to be served, the people's court may serve litigation documents by fax, e-mail or other means that can confirm receipt, except for judgments, rulings and conciliation statements. If it is delivered by the way mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the date when it reaches the addressee's specific system by fax or e-mail shall be the date of delivery.

Article 136 When trying a civil case, the people's court shall notify the parties and other participants in the proceedings three days before the court session. If the hearing is held in public, the names of the parties, the cause of action, the time and place of the hearing shall be announced.
