Hello! The Spring Festival is coming, and it's time for family reunion! The family has been looking forward to it for a long time, looking forward to your coming home early. However, at present, the strains of Delta and Omicron are threatening, and there are sporadic cases and local aggregation epidemics in many places in China, and the situation is extremely grim. In order to better protect the health of you, your family and the public, we sincerely propose to you:

First, contact the report in advance and implement the epidemic prevention policy.

If you are in a high-risk area or a county with a high-risk area or a confirmed case, I suggest you abide by the epidemic prevention policy of your current residence, celebrate the New Year on the spot, and postpone returning to China. If you really need help with special difficulties at home, you can contact your community and we will help you solve them in time. If all personnel really need to go back to China for the New Year, we warmly welcome them. Please contact the destination community for filing three days in advance before returning home, pay close attention to the epidemic situation, and prepare enough protective equipment such as masks and hand-free disinfectant. At the same time, you should pay attention to the following:

1. If it is really necessary for people from counties with medium and high risk areas to return to China, they will be quarantined for 7 days after arrival and monitored at home for 7 days. Those who arrive within 14 days before the announcement of medium and high risk areas shall be given health management until 14 days after arrival, and nucleic acid detection shall be conducted twice within 3 days before follow-up. They shall not go out or gather after returning to China unless necessary.

2. If it is really necessary for people from other counties in the prefecture-level city where the high-risk area is located to return to their hometown, they must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours and conduct 1 nucleic acid test upon arrival. Those who arrive within/0/4 days before the announcement in high-risk areas shall be tested twice for nucleic acid.

3. Personnel in high-risk positions such as service providers, isolated places, designated hospitals, fever clinics and cold chain-related enterprises who are in direct contact with inbound personnel or goods at airports and ports must leave their posts for more than 14 days and report to the destination community three days in advance with negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours. Unless necessary, they are not allowed to go out or gather after returning home.

4. Persons who have lived in land border port cities in the past 14 days, please hold the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours and have a nucleic acid test on arrival.

5. Returnees from Baoding, Langfang, Mudanjiang, Yili, Xishuangbanna, Beijing, Hangzhou, Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Tianjin, Anyang, Shanghai, Zhengzhou, Xuchang, etc., please bring negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and then conduct 1 nucleic acid test after arriving at the destination; Those who have recently returned from the above-mentioned areas and have reached their destination should take the initiative to report to the community, hotels and units, conduct nucleic acid tests twice within three days as required, and continue to conduct self-health monitoring for seven days. Please take personal protection when going out if necessary.

Second, pay attention to personal protection and prevent risks on the way.

Please try not to take public transport when you return home. If you really need to ride, you should do personal protection according to the relevant requirements, wear a mask regularly, keep a social distance of more than 1 meter, try to avoid multiple transfers and long stays on the way, and keep your ticket for future reference. If you return to China by bus, please pay attention to the national epidemic situation, choose the travel route, avoid medium and high-risk areas, try not to stay in crowded places, pay attention to your health at any time, and do a good job in travel health monitoring. If you have abnormal symptoms such as fever, fatigue and dry cough on the way, you should go to the nearest medical institution immediately and report to the local authorities in time.

Third, adhere to good habits and protect personal health.

1, wash your hands frequently, don't gather, wear a mask every day, and consciously keep a safe social distance above 1 meter. Try to avoid visiting relatives and friends and having dinner, and reduce activities to crowded public places, especially places with closed space and poor air mobility.

2, in places where people gather, confined spaces and medical treatment, take public transport, to take the initiative to wear masks.

3. Always pay attention to the health of yourself and your family. Once fever, dry cough, stuffy nose, runny nose, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea and other symptoms appear. Put on a mask and go to the fever clinic of the nearest hospital at the first time. Please take the initiative to inform the workplace and related information when you see a doctor, and explain the epidemiological history in detail.

4. If you haven't been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine, haven't finished all vaccination or haven't been vaccinated with booster vaccine, please take the initiative to go to the nearest vaccination point.
