What if I forget the WLAN password of China Mobile?

Password reset mode of WLAN service in China Mobile CMCC network;

1. Edit the short message "CZWLANMM" to 10086 to reset the WLAN service password (note: it will not be accepted after 19 on the last day of each month).

2. Log in to China Mobile Portal and enter the "Online Business Hall"; Business processing > WLAN ",which can be reset.

3. Call the mobile customer service hotline 10086, and press 0 to turn to manual service to explain the situation. The manual customer service will send a short message with the message content of "czwlanmm" (reset wlan password) to the user's mobile phone, and forward the short message content (both uppercase and lowercase) to 10086, and China Mobile will automatically send the reset password to the user's mobile phone.

An account and password can support various mobile network terminals to surf the Internet. CMCC network password is very important, so you must remember to keep your account password well.
