OPPO K3 supports voice broadcast of incoming calls and short messages. Go to Settings -Breeno-Breeno voice-Settings (vertical button on the upper right)-Call and SMS broadcasting-Turn on call broadcasting and SMS broadcasting, and customize the broadcasting opportunity.
