Oppo account changes the bound mobile phone number, but the original mobile phone number can't receive the verification code. What if the complaint fails?

1. If you have logged into the OPPO account, you can enter the OPPO account-Login and Security-Mobile phone number/email address, and change the mobile phone number/email address bound to the account after security verification as prompted.

Note: If you can't receive the verification code, click Unable to receive the verification code.

2. If you can't log in to this account at present, you can click on the OPPO account to make a complaint. After the appeal is passed, you can reset the bound mobile phone number/email address and password of the OPPO account.
