How to unsubscribe from the mobile automatic refueling package

1. Call 10086 for manual service, and ask the customer service to cancel the mobile flow refueling package business.

2. Log in to the online business hall of China Mobile by mobile phone or computer. Click the login window, fill in the mobile phone number, mobile phone password and verification code to log in, find my account after logging in, modify or cancel the business under the column of business inquiry or cancellation, find the business to be cancelled, and click Cancel to cancel the business.

3. Bring your ID card to the nearby business hall for cancellation.

Note: The effective time is after the telephone bill of this month is settled.
