2. Call the customer's manual hotline 10086 to report the loss.

3. Apply for loss reporting through China Mobile official website.

4. Bring valid ID to the local business hall to report the loss.

5. If you don't have a registered ID card and service password when you open your mobile phone number, you can apply for loss reporting as long as you can provide a few recent contact numbers and verify them through China Mobile's manual customer service hotline.

6. If you know the service password, first log in to the local official website of China Mobile by entering the mobile phone number and service password, click the home page navigation, choose to click the online business hall, select stop to report the loss in the top business ranking in the lower left corner, click the button to handle it immediately, and complete the online loss reporting according to the steps.
