Today, the Campus Epidemic Prevention and Control Team of Zunyi Municipal Command issued the Notice on the Resumption of Offline Teaching in Primary and Secondary Schools (Kindergartens) in Central City (hereinafter referred to as the Notice), and determined the time for the resumption of offline teaching in primary and secondary schools (kindergartens) in Central City, as well as related matters.

Recovery area and time—

From September 22, 2022, non-boarding primary and secondary schools (kindergartens) in the central city resumed offline teaching according to the normal curriculum. Boarding primary and secondary schools can resume offline teaching in an orderly manner from September 22 (on the 20th, the courses of 2 1 will be transferred to the 24th and 25th). The time for all schools in Panshui Town of Bozhou District to resume offline teaching is decided by the leading group for epidemic prevention and control in Bozhou District.

The time for off-campus training institutions to resume off-line training and the opening hours of public sports venues shall be determined after being approved by the local prevention and control office.

At the same time, the notice put forward nine work requirements, such as strict responsibility implementation, strict school leaving management, strict disinfection and sterilization, strict back-to-school management, strict school gate management, strict campus management, strict nucleic acid detection, emphasis on psychological counseling, and strict information submission.

Among them, primary and secondary schools (kindergartens) in the central city should carry out an all-round disinfection of the campus before resuming offline teaching, strengthen the ventilation, cleaning and disinfection management of key places such as classrooms, dormitories, canteens, bathrooms and sports venues, and disinfect key parts such as door handles, stair handrails, faucets, toilets, elevator buttons and handrails for getting on and off the bed.

Schools around the country should arrange in advance to collect health codes, travel cards and negative nucleic acid tests within 48 hours before students return to school. It is strictly forbidden for schools to require students and parents to submit relevant paper proof materials. Teachers and students who have not returned to school normally should be investigated and tracked.

To implement the integrated management of teachers, students and staff, faculty and staff should strictly implement the epidemic prevention requirements such as "one sweep and three inspections" (sweeping place code, checking health code, travel itinerary, negative proof of 48-hour nucleic acid test), temperature measurement and wearing masks. For those who really need to enter the campus, except the teachers and students of our school, they must hold a 24-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate and wear a mask during the whole school period.
