How to make an appointment in Shijiazhuang Children's Hospital?

Children's Hospital of Hebei Province (Grade III A), Jianhua South Street 133, Shijiazhuang City, reservation rules:

1. In order to facilitate patients to see a doctor, our hospital opened an online appointment registration service.

2. Online appointment registration is registered in real-name registration system. Please register before making an appointment. A mobile phone number and ID card can only apply for one registration number. With the registration number, you can make an appointment for an expert's home visit within 7 days (excluding the day).

3. You must fill in the patient's real name, patient's real ID number, and bring the original patient ID card when you see a doctor, otherwise the appointment information is invalid and you can't get the number at the outpatient window.

4. Each expert is limited to one number, and the appointment for the next day will be stopped after 16: 00.

5. There is no handling fee for online booking and registration. The registration fee and consultation fee are the same as on-site registration, namely, chief physician 9 yuan, deputy chief physician 7 yuan and attending physician 4 yuan.

6. In order to ensure that you see a doctor on time, please go to the outpatient hall 30 minutes in advance according to the scheduled time period on the day of seeing a doctor. If it is overdue, it will be invalid.

7. Doctors have limited outpatient resources. If it is determined that the doctor can't see the doctor on time for some reason after the appointment is successful, please cancel the appointment in time before 17: 00 the day before the appointment, otherwise it will be treated as breach of contract and the appointment cannot be made for three times.

8. If the expert you reserved takes a temporary leave, we will inform you by SMS. Please pay attention to the online expert outpatient stop notice or telephone consultation.
