What happened to the boss of Wenzhou Meifu?

Wenzhou Meifu boss was included in the list of dishonesty because of illegal construction. According to the relevant public information, the enforcement ruling pointed out that the applicant was a bank company, Wenzhou Lucheng Sub-branch, and the executor was Zhejiang Meifu Food Co., Ltd. According to the legally effective civil mediation document (20 13), the court issued an enforcement notice to the executor on February 27, 20 13. According to Article 244 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the ruling is as follows: 1. The executed person, Zhejiang Meifu Food Co., Ltd., is located in the state-owned land use right of the projects under construction in Hengtang Village, Panqiao Street, ouhai district and Hengtang Village Agricultural High-tech Demonstration Zone, Panqiao Street, ouhai district. 2. The person subjected to execution, Zhejiang Meifu Food Co., Ltd., is restricted to perform the obligations determined in the judgment within seven days from the date of service of this ruling. Failing to perform within the time limit, auction or sell the above-mentioned state-owned land use right and the projects under construction under the name of Zhejiang Meifu Food Co., Ltd. according to law.
