I use skype. You can make a phone call, but not send a text message. I sent it in English. There should be no code errors or anything. Just don't accept it.

If you use the package, you can only make phone calls, and you need points to send text messages. If you count, basically all the mobile phones in the world can send text messages. If you send it to your mobile phone for testing, you have to check whether the number you send is correct, mainly the country number and area code.
