China Merchants Bank has not verified its real name. The step of verifying the real name by using the mobile phone number.

1. Open the mobile APP of China Merchants Bank, click my button on the home page, enter my page, and click the account center option.

2. On the Account Center page, click authentication options. After entering the identity authentication page, select bank card authentication.

3. On the bank card authentication page, the name and ID number will be automatically displayed. Click the button to get the SMS verification code, and enter the reserved mobile phone number of the bank card to get the verification code.

4. Enter the received SMS verification code and click Next. On the next page, enter the bank card number and password, and follow the prompts to complete the bank card authentication.
