Matters needing attention in visiting/staying in Wuzhen Scenic Area during epidemic prevention and control

According to the relevant regulations of the local government in the scenic spot, in order to adhere to the epidemic prevention and control work and ensure the safety of tourists and employees, please read the relevant regulations on scenic spots during the epidemic prevention and control period, and ask the tourists and friends to understand, support and cooperate with the scenic spot management to create a civilized and orderly tourism environment:

1. All open places in the scenic spot have been fully disinfected according to epidemic prevention requirements; The staff of the scenic spot have completed the follow-up 14 days, and there is no epidemic area and no diagnosis, which is undoubtedly like a case contact history; The physical condition of the staff is monitored daily in the scenic spot, and there are no symptoms such as fever and cough.

2. The scenic spots shall be booked online by real-name registration system, and the hotel accommodation shall be booked in real-name registration system. The tourist reservation method is as follows:

1) On the day of the tour, please make an appointment to buy tickets for Wuzhen Scenic Area through the official reservation network of Wuzhen Scenic Area, the official flagship store of Wuzhen Tourism (Tmall), Ctrip or Meituan. If you are a guest staying in a hotel owned by Wuzhen Tourism Co., Ltd., please go to the designated front desk of the scenic spot to buy preferential tickets for the scenic spot on the day of your stay.

2) Before check-in, please make a reservation in the real-name registration system through the official reservation telephone number 0573-8873 1088, the official reservation network of Wuzhen Scenic Area, the official flagship store of Wuzhen Tourism (Tmall), Ctrip or Meituan.

3) Admission/check-in requires a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate, health code and itinerary card.

Please do personal protection during the tour and obey the arrangement of the staff. For example, when eating, people sit opposite each other, and the distance between people in line is greater than 1 meter.
