What if the phone doesn't open?

Letv Cloud service cannot be opened on the mobile phone. You can search according to the following steps:

First, log in again after "logout account" and click "mobile phone search".

Slide the "LeTV Cloud Service" homepage up to the bottom of the page and click "Cancel Account".

Click OK to confirm the cancellation.

Click the "Letv Cloud Service" icon in the desktop "Utilities" and log in again.

Enter "Mobile Phone Retrieval", turn on the switch and follow the prompts, then you can start the "LeTV Cloud Service" normally.

How to prevent Letv Cloud Disk from automatically uploading photos from your mobile phone?

To prevent Letv Cloud Disk from automatically uploading photos from your mobile phone, just set Auto Sync to No in Letv Cloud Disk Settings.

Since the LeTV cloud service itself does not directly upload and provide content, it will not modify or edit the content transmitted by users. It will be uploaded only when the user grants upload permission in the software.
