Is it true that you can get Huawei sports band for free?

My experience of being deceived by the free Huawei sports bracelet scam

A friend on WeChat forwarded a link saying that it was offering free Huawei bracelets. Just pay the express fee of 19-29 yuan.

I thought it was a scam at first, but I was greedy and thought that for more than ten or twenty yuan, even if it was an off-brand bracelet, it would be pretty good.

When I received the express mail, I was completely speechless.

For 29 yuan, it’s a thing that doesn’t even have a watch function. It’s just a display screen that can only display a few numbers that I don’t know what they mean, and then automatically shuts down in three seconds. There’s no charging port. It should be something with a built-in button battery. (After receiving the compensation, I found out that it was an LED watch that cost more than one yuan on Taobao. It was a simple electronic watch that was not waterproof.)

So I called the sender and got the sender’s phone number. Can't get through.

The sender is Wang Ming 17044516821 Hanan Eighth Avenue, Pingfang District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province

YTO Express tracking number starts with DD.

I searched for Huawei sports bracelet scams on the Internet and saw other people’s experiences of being deceived and making claims, all of which were posted in the past two months.

Then I called YTO customer service directly at 95554.

I called YTO customer service to complain. The customer service said that I was not careful and they were only responsible for express transportation.

I asked a person who used a false name and phone number how could he send so many scams, and the customer service said it was okay.

Then I asked if I could send so many pieces if I used false identity information? The customer actually said it was ok.

Then I told him that my call was recorded.

(My mobile phone does record, but I didn’t prepare it in advance. My mobile phone is set to record all calls.)

I said it would be useless to report the crime for 29 yuan. , the amount is too small. We can only find a TV station or reporter to report this matter, and the revelation seems to be worth only one or two hundred yuan.

Then less than half an hour later, there was a phone number (15326618582) marked as Heilongjiang Express takeaway, and it was a woman.

The person asked me when I signed for it, and I said it was almost an hour. She said that the express package had not returned to the business point entry system, and she would replenish the 29 yuan to me after the system had a signature record.

I said that the process must be the same as what was said on the Internet. When the time comes, the payment for the goods has been paid, and if the express delivery can be delivered, then send it out. If it is rejected, the express delivery will be taken back. If you really want to verify, you can just call the delivery person within YTO to verify.

She said she didn’t have the delivery person’s phone number, so I gave her the phone number.

About ten minutes later, she called again and asked me to give her my Alipay account, and she transferred the 29 yuan back to me. So I gave her my account number.

An hour later, my Alipay account did not receive the transfer. So I called the number in Harbin again.

The customer service staff at that Yuantong outlet confidently said that the text message had been forwarded to the sender and they would be responsible for the compensation, and Yuantong was not responsible. Then he said that he would transfer 29 yuan to me before 5:30 tomorrow afternoon.

If any friends who have also been scammed see this post, please share your experience and expose the scammer’s information.

I really hope someone can catch this liar and punish him.
