According to Article 23 of the Regulations on the Administration of Public Rental Housing in People's Republic of China (PRC), the basic information (including mobile phone number) submitted by the applicant shall be true and valid. If it is found that the mobile phone numbers submitted by the applicant are inconsistent, it may be because the basic information is incorrectly filled in. Applicants can resubmit their valid mobile phone numbers to facilitate timely contact and timely review of applications.

According to Article 18 of the Regulations on the Administration of Public Rental Housing in People's Republic of China (PRC), applicants for public rental housing shall submit relevant certification materials in accordance with the regulations, truthfully fill in and submit relevant application materials. If it is found that the mobile phone numbers submitted by the applicant are inconsistent, it will not affect the applicant to submit other valid certification materials. When examining the application, the valid certification materials shall prevail.
