Why can't Tencent King Card send text messages?

If the mobile phone fails to send SMS, you can try to restart or replace the mobile phone for testing to check whether the following conditions exist:

The SMS center number is set incorrectly, please re-enter the correct SMS center number;

No signal or low battery;

Due to the peak of holiday SMS sending, the system is busy. We suggest that you try again later or avoid the rush hour.

The sending format is incorrect. If you send a short message to PHS users, you need to add the area code before the number;

The sending time of the short message exceeds 24 hours;

The mobile phone shields the short message sending function;

Blacklisted by SMS;

Insufficient quantity balance;

SMS Inbox and Outbox are full.

If the above reasons cannot be solved, you can contact the local manual customer service or go to the business hall to confirm whether the SMS function is enabled and hand it over to the staff.
