Dragon payment opening rules:

The customer is a mobile banking user of our bank. You can log in to the mobile banking of China Construction Bank, enter LongPay, and then open it. If our mobile phone customers don't need to download mobile banking, they will enter the dragon payment page and register as dragon payment users through their mobile phone numbers.

Dragon payment registration supports the registration of users and non-users of our bank, and supports the binding of our bank cards and other bank cards.

Certified customers: Our mobile banking customers have opened dragon payment, which is a certified customer. Customers of our bank and other banks who are not in our mobile banking need to enter their names, card numbers, ID numbers, mobile phone numbers and SMS verification, and set payment passwords, which are aimed at our tourists and other banks.

The customer opens the dragon payment for the first time, prompting the customer to bind the card. If the customer skips the card binding link, only the wallet account function is allowed in the payment process.

The dragon payment card should be bound to the card with normal card status.

Our mobile banking customers can automatically check the signed mobile banking account binding card and set the payment password.

Dragon Payment Card Binding supports Class I, Class II (with physical media) and Class III (with physical media) debit cards (except corporate settlement cards) and credit cards of the Bank, as well as Class I debit cards and credit cards of some other banks.

The payment password of Dragon Payment is used for online and offline secret payment transactions when users use Dragon Payment. Long pays all accounts, including wallet accounts, and uses a unified payment password to verify the transaction during the payment process, and no longer verifies the withdrawal password of a single account. The payment password is a 6-digit pure digital password.
