2. If you really need to go out to work, please check with the destination to see if it is accepted locally. If you can accept it, ask what supporting documents and precautions are required.

3. After it is confirmed that you can enter the receiving place, you need to scan the QR code and use the "Nanyang Labor Safety One Code Pass" WeChat applet before traveling, fill in the form as required, and then apply for the following certification materials: First, for Villages that have not experienced an epidemic should first apply in the village and fill out the "Application Form for Migrant Persons"; the second step is to apply for a health certificate, which is convenient for use on the way and at the work unit. Only after the "three signatures" signed by the village cadres, village branch secretary, and village doctor from the township where the village is located can go out. Second, for those who have experienced epidemics in villages but have no history of contact with confirmed patients and have no symptoms after being quarantined at home for 7 days, they will also need to apply for a health certificate and implement the "three signatures" before they can go out. Third, for those who have been in villages where the epidemic has occurred and who have had contact history with confirmed patients, according to the epidemic prevention requirements, if they have no symptoms after 14 days of medical observation, and then undergo a 7-day home quarantine period, if they have no symptoms, they need to be quarantined at the township health center or county center. Hospitals, public hospitals, and burn hospitals must conduct health examinations, implement the "three signatures", and stamp the official seals of township governments, township health centers, or designated county-level hospitals before going out to ensure that the epidemic is not exported to the outside world. Townships will intervene in advance, proactively provide services, and obtain relevant certificates for migrant workers as soon as possible.

4. All travelers must bring the following certificates: ID card, "Application Form for Migrant Workers", and "Health Certificate for Migrant Workers".

5. If migrant workers who have left Zhenping are not allowed to enter the receiving area, those with non-Zhenping household registration will be persuaded to return before the epidemic is resolved; those with Zhenping household registration will be advised to return based on their personal movement trajectory. You need to quarantine for 7 days or 14 days.
