Agricultural Bank of China failed to deduct the fee by SMS.

If the account balance is insufficient or the account is in a special state such as oral loss reporting or password loss reporting on the deduction date, the second deduction will be made at the end of the month. If the fee is not deducted for three consecutive months, the system will no longer automatically deduct the fee every month and stop sending SMS.

Through the counter, online banking, bank payment can be opened, just pay the monthly usage fee.

If you cancel after the arrears, you need to pay a one-month message service fee.

The specific operation is as follows:

1. Counter: With my valid ID card and bank card with SMS service, I can pay at any outlet in China.

2. Online banking: log in to personal online banking, and click "Settings → Message Service → Message Service Payment" (you can only see this menu when you are in arrears).

3. Personal banking: log in to the personal banking APP and click "All → Local → Message Service → Payment" (Supplementary payment service is currently applicable to KBao and KLing customers).
