Second, about medical treatment.

Please wear a mask correctly all the time and strictly observe the following epidemic prevention and control requirements:

1. Please pay attention to the dynamic changes of residents' health code, communication big data travel code and high-risk areas in Hunan Province before coming. If there is a yellow code or red team in the health code and travel code, you must go to a fever clinic for treatment.

2. The outpatient department shall be controlled by personnel, 1 patient limit 1 family members. When entering the hospital gate, patients and their families should take the initiative to scan the "epidemic prevention site code" to obtain the health code, show the communication big data travel code, enter from the gate, and cooperate with medical staff for pre-inspection and triage.

3. If you have fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, hypoesthesia, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea and other symptoms related to COVID-19 and epidemic history, please inform the triage staff voluntarily.

4. The outpatient service strictly implements the three-level pre-inspection triage system. Please cooperate with medical staff to take temperature, check health code and travel code before outpatient service, and accept epidemiological history investigation.

5. Wear a mask correctly when seeing a doctor, and it is forbidden to wear a mask with a breathing valve. Cooperate with the implementation of "one doctor, one patient and one clinic" and keep an effective distance of more than one meter from others.

Third, please go to the fever clinic for treatment in the following circumstances.

1. If you find that the health code and travel card have been changed to red team or yellow code, and the travel code is marked with green code *, and you have a history of epidemic, please go to the fever clinic directly.

2. Patients with symptoms such as "fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea" should go directly to the fever clinic.

3. People with the following epidemiological history in COVID-19 should go directly to the fever clinic.

Travel history or residence history of the community with case report in the previous 14 days;

Have a history of contact with infected people in novel coronavirus in the first 14 days;

In the first 14 days, he had contact with patients with fever or respiratory symptoms in the community, and these patients reported their own cases;

Aggregation attack.

Instructions for inpatients

1. Non-critical patients, newly admitted patients and their caregivers must have negative nucleic acid test results within 48 hours before they can go through hospitalization procedures; Wrist guards are issued by the ward, and the accompanying personnel enter and leave the ward with the wrist guards;

2. During hospitalization, "one patient and one chaperone" shall be implemented, and the chaperone shall not be replaced as much as possible. If replacement is really necessary, a negative nucleic acid certificate shall be provided.

3. The ward is forbidden to visit, and patients are not allowed to leave the ward except for the needs of examination and treatment during hospitalization; Wear a mask correctly during hospitalization, receive health monitoring every day, pay attention to the health card, and notify the medical staff immediately if there is any abnormality such as fever and cough.

4. When going through the discharge formalities, the patient or the accompanying personnel should go through the relevant discharge formalities, and other family members of the patient are not allowed to enter the ward.
