How to send a message to the leader to resign?

Resignation messages are generally sent from the perspective of etiquette. A formal resignation report still needs a written resignation report, otherwise it is not considered resignation. This is clearly stipulated in the Labor Contract Law.

Formal resignation process:

1. Workers should write resignation letters. Grasp the reasons for resignation, resign voluntarily, without economic compensation and unemployment benefits; Workers who resign against their will can enjoy economic compensation and unemployment relief.

2. The employee should apply for resignation one month in advance, and submit his resignation letter at the beginning of the month, asking the company to sign and agree to resign.

3. The employee shall go through the resignation formalities according to the management of the company's personnel department, and may sign and agree with the managers of each department according to the resignation form.

4. After the handover, the personnel department of the company issues a certificate of dissolution of the labor contract, gives the employee social security manual and employee files, and settles the remaining wages.
