I. Requirements for epidemic prevention and control

(1) Candidates should know the relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control in advance.

All candidates are responsible for daily temperature measurement, recording and health monitoring from the seventh day before the exam, fill in the Abnormal Health Monitoring Report Form, record the temperature measurement, and report any physical abnormality in time. If the examinee's physical condition is abnormal before the exam and it is found by monitoring, the university where the test center is located will comprehensively judge whether it has the conditions to take the exam according to the requirements of local epidemic prevention work and the opinions of health and health departments, disease control institutions and medical institutions, on the premise of ensuring the life safety and health of the majority of candidates and examination staff. Candidates who do not have the relevant conditions are not allowed to take the exam.

Candidates who return to Hainan from outside the province should know in advance and ensure that they meet the requirements of epidemic prevention regulations in Hainan Province and enter the test center schools, and return to Hainan 7 days before the exam. Each test center must do a good job in the classified management of candidates' health monitoring and strictly implement the epidemic prevention and control management measures.

1. Candidates must strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and control requirements and examination rules in the examination and take the examination in good faith. For example, candidates who have lived in counties (cities, districts) with local epidemic reports within 7 days (determined according to the development of the national epidemic situation) or who have lived abroad within 8 days must report truthfully and must not conceal or lie, otherwise they will be investigated for relevant responsibilities according to law.

2. 7 days before the exam, candidates scan the health code of Hainan Province through WeChat or Alipay and make daily real-name health punch cards. If they don't scan the code, the normal entrance examination will be affected; Don't go to high-risk areas, epidemic areas and overseas, and avoid direct contact with people from high-risk areas and overseas; Strengthen self-protection and reduce going to crowded public places; If you feel unwell, please seek medical advice promptly.

3. Candidates must wear masks of medical surgery and above when entering the test center (self-provided), and it is strictly forbidden to take off the masks without authorization after entering the warning line (invigilators will take off the masks briefly during identity verification).

4. Candidates who enter the test center must scan the code and show the itinerary card and negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours for the staff of the test center to verify.

Candidates must pass the temperature measurement before entering the warning line of the test center. It is forbidden to cross the warning line without temperature measurement. Once it is violated, it will be dealt with according to discipline.

6. Candidates should keep a distance of not less than 1 m when queuing for temperature measurement, identity verification, health code, travel card and nucleic acid negative certificate verification.

7. Candidates who take the exam must meet the following health monitoring requirements for epidemic prevention and control:

(1) Candidates whose health codes are red, yellow and gray should be changed to green codes in advance according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control. Candidates with non-green health codes are not allowed to take the exam.

(2) When entering the test center, all candidates are required to show their health codes, travel cards and negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, wear masks of internal surgery and above (self-provided) and take their body temperature. Only when the health code and travel card are green, the body temperature is lower than 37.3℃, and candidates in non-risk areas have 1 negative report of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test (electronic or paper version is acceptable, if the sampling time cannot be determined, the report time of nucleic acid test results will be advanced by 6 hours) can they enter the test. If the body temperature is unqualified for the first time, it can be measured again by other equipment or other means after proper rest. If it is still unqualified, those who fail to meet the requirements after comprehensive evaluation shall not take the exam.

(III) Persons who have lived in counties (cities, districts) with local epidemic reports within 7 days before the exam (determined according to the development of the national epidemic situation) shall be controlled at the entry port in strict accordance with the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of our province. Those who take part in the test after the expiration of the control period must be allowed to take part in the test with a negative certificate of 1 time (based on the sampling time) within 48 hours before the test.

(4) If you feel uncomfortable during the exam, please raise your hand and report to the invigilator. If there is fever (body temperature exceeds 37.3℃) during the examination, those who do not meet the requirements after comprehensive evaluation may suspend the examination or may not take the examination together with other healthy candidates, and be transferred to the isolation examination room to continue the examination.

8. One of the following circumstances shall not take the exam.

(1) Without the original admission ticket and ID card, unable to provide health code, communication big data travel card and failing to provide proof of negative report of COVID-19 virus nucleic acid test before the test as required;

(2) A confirmed case that has been cured and discharged from hospital or an asymptomatic infected person who has been released from centralized isolation and is still under follow-up or medical observation;

(3) Those who have not been released from close contact with medical observation;

(4) Candidates whose health codes are red, yellow and gray;

(5) Those who have lived in counties (cities, districts) with local epidemic reports within 7 days before the test, and are still in the control period or under the home health monitoring period as required by the epidemic prevention and control headquarters;

(6) Have a history of living abroad, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province within 8 days before the test;

(7) Abnormal body temperature (body temperature ≥37.3℃) was measured at the time of admission, and it was still abnormal when measured again with a mercury thermometer after a proper rest in a temporary observation place, and suspicious symptoms such as fever, cough, muscle soreness, and decreased taste and smell appeared, and experts judged that it was impossible to take the exam;

(8) other special circumstances are judged by professional medical personnel to be unable to take the exam.

9. All candidates must strictly abide by the requirements of epidemic prevention and control and the rules of the examination room, and take the integrity test. Candidates who have lived in COVID-19 epidemic areas, medium-high risk areas and other epidemic-related areas must report truthfully, and must not conceal or make false reports, otherwise they will be held accountable according to law. Candidates who are unable to take the exam are not allowed to enter the test center, otherwise they will be dealt with in violation of the epidemic prevention and control requirements, and all the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.

(2) Others

The epidemic situation has changed dynamically. Our bureau will adjust and update according to the relevant requirements of national and provincial examination management and epidemic prevention and control, and issue a prompt in official website (/) of our bureau. Second, the examination subjects and time

In the second half of 2022, the time of CET written test is 65438+February 10, and the time of College English Practical Test (abbreviated as A-B grade) is 65438+February1.

Three. College English Test Code for CET-4 and CET-6 and A-B

1. Candidates applying for CET-4, CET-6 and A-B must sign a letter of commitment for the integrity test.

2. Enter the venue according to the specified time, take the initiative to show the admission ticket and ID card, consciously accept identity verification and admission security check, and sign the examination room comparison table and take the corresponding seat as required. Late comers are not allowed to enter.

3. It is forbidden to bring any books, newspapers, notes, materials, draft paper, mobile phones and other wireless communication tools, audio-visual equipment, electronic equipment and other items into the meeting place except 2B pencils, black pens and envelopes-free erasers.

4. After taking a seat, put my admission ticket and ID card on the desktop for verification.

5. Before answering questions, information such as name, admission ticket number, etc. It should be accurately filled in the corresponding columns of the test paper (test question) and the answer sheet as required. The answer sheet will be invalid if it is wrong or illegible.

6. Don't leave the examination room before the exam is over.

7. You must fill in the answers in the designated places. All the writing parts should use black pens, and all the filling parts should use 2B pencils, otherwise it will be invalid. Candidates in the examination room are not allowed to borrow stationery from each other without authorization. If there are stationery problems, they can raise their hands to the invigilator to ask for solutions.

8. Do not ask the invigilator questions related to the content of the test questions. If the test paper is damaged, distributed incorrectly or illegible, you can raise your hand and report to the invigilator.

9. Strictly abide by the examination room discipline. For managers who violate the rules of the examination room and do not obey the examination staff, the examination results will be cancelled and dealt with according to the school rules.

10. You can't start answering questions until the instruction of opening the exam is issued, otherwise it will be treated as the first answer; Those who fail to read the test book in advance according to the instructions and wear headphones during the non-listening test time will be dealt with in violation of regulations; As soon as the instruction for the end of the exam is issued, you should immediately stop answering questions and put the test paper on the desktop, otherwise it will be treated as procrastination. The invigilator can only leave after counting the test papers and answer sheets and giving instructions. It is forbidden to leave the examination room with test papers and answer sheets.

1 1. Consciously obey the management of the examination staff, and shall not hinder the invigilation work for any reason. The invigilator has the right to deal with the problems in the examination room according to the regulations. Those who disturb the order of the examination room, intimidate or threaten the examination staff will be handed over to the public security organs for accountability.

12. Candidates must strictly abide by the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19.
