Hello, according to Article 33 of the Postal Law, "Postal enterprises should compensate or take remedial measures in accordance with the following provisions for the loss, damage or loss of mail: (1) For registered letters, compensation shall be made in accordance with the amount stipulated by the competent department of postal services in the State Council. Article 32 of the Postal Law stipulates that "users may, within one year from the date of delivery or exchange, make inquiries with the postal enterprises or their branches that receive, send and collect foreign exchange with the receipt. Postal enterprises and their branches shall notify the inquirers of the inquiry results within the time limit prescribed by the competent department of postal services in the State Council.

If there is still no result after the expiration of the investigation, the postal enterprise shall make compensation in advance or take remedial measures. Within one year from the date of compensation, postal enterprises have the right to claim compensation under any of the circumstances in Item (2) and Item (3) of Article 34 of this Law.
