At present, China Unicom operators will store 48 hours of receiving allowance for you in the core network. If you don't receive SMS for more than 48 hours due to power failure, no signal, etc., it will be defined as junk data for cleaning.

When sending a short message, if the other party is turned off or out of service, the short message will be stored in the short message center for 48 hours. If the other party turns on the phone within 48 hours, the other party will receive the text message immediately. If it is not turned on for more than 48 hours, the SMS center will delete the message and prompt the sender that the sending failed. Even if it is turned on later, the receiver will not receive this message and any prompt.
