The exam is divided into two categories: compulsory items and optional items. Each student should take 3 exams; including 1 compulsory item and 2 optional items. Each item starts with 0 points, and the full score for the required items is 20 points. , each optional item is worth 15 points, totaling 50 points. All exam items are tested using instruments. Each school should combine students' daily physical examination results with physical education course teaching, with the implementation of the "National Student Physical Health Standards", with sports activities between classes, and with the sports art 21 project.
