What should I do if I switch to an Android phone and can't receive a text message from an Apple phone?

When changing your mobile phone, you should log out and turn off the imessage function in iphone to receive SMS normally.

The cancellation method is as follows:

One: logout on iphone/ipad

After changing the mobile phone, if there is still an iphone/ipad device, directly log off imessage on the machine.

Click Settings on the iphone/ipad home screen.

Drop down to find "Information" and click to enter (as shown below).
