How long will it take for the ticket refund to arrive?

1. The refund will take three working days to complete. Please be patient. If there are problems such as flight delay cancellation and abnormal refund, the general customer service will communicate with you in time about the refund situation and time. 2. After the refund, the remaining money will be automatically returned to the account you originally paid. 3. If the ticket is paid through Alipay balance, the ticket will arrive immediately after the refund is completed. Just check the Alipay account directly. 4. If you paid the ticket through Alipay online banking, the refund will be directly returned to your bank account through Alipay within 1-3 working days. 5. If you paid the ticket by credit card, the refund will be returned to your credit card account within 14 working days.
