With the approval of the Shanghai Municipal Price Management Department, applicants for primary qualifications are required to pay a registration fee of 10 yuan and an examination fee of 40 yuan for each subject. Registration fee and examination fee are paid in one lump sum online through "Shanghai Netcom Public Payment Platform".

After the payment is successful, the applicant can issue, download and print the "Shanghai Non-tax Income Ordinary Bill (electronic version)" in the registration system of "National Accounting Qualification Evaluation Network" during the payment period.
