The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Undertaking area

The regions where the Bank undertakes the reservation exchange of lucky money in 2023 are: Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Jiangsu, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangdong, Shenzhen, Guangxi, Hainan, Chongqing, Qinghai and Xinjiang, totaling 17 provinces. There are 2 146 reservation exchange outlets, and other regions and outlets do not provide reservation exchange services. 1. Online reservation: Customers can log in to our official account in official website, mobile banking, WeChat WeChat official account and personal online banking at 22:30 on February 27th, 2022 to make an appointment for the 2023 Zodiac coins. Customers who make an appointment for exchange business in Liaoning and Fujian can choose our Liaoning branch, Dalian branch, Fujian branch or Xiamen branch to make an appointment. During the appointment period, the number of places is first come, first served, while the quota is full. If it is overdue, it will not be processed. The specific appointment entrance is as follows:

When customers make an appointment, please be sure to enter the correct second-generation resident ID number and mobile phone number for follow-up business. After the customer submits the reservation application, the page jumps to show "Reservation Accepted" and a unique reservation number, indicating that the bank has accepted the customer's reservation application.

2. Reservation cancellation: During the reservation period, customers can use the "reservation record inquiry/modification/cancellation" transaction in the official WeChat account of China Postal Savings Bank, the mobile banking of Postal Savings Bank and the personal online banking of Postal Savings Bank to inquire about the online reservation application submission results, and can cancel the reservation record, modify the reservation name and exchange date, but other reservation information cannot be modified; Customers can also go to the reservation registration outlet to cancel the reservation record and modify the reservation name and redemption date, but other reservation information cannot be modified. During the non-reservation period, the customer cannot cancel the reservation or modify the reservation information.

Reservation information is only used for registration. After the appointment period, the People's Bank of China will check the customer's appointment information. Customers with default records will not be able to pass the verification of China People's Bank; Using the same valid ID information, customers can only make an appointment at the business outlets of a banking financial institution, otherwise they will not pass the verification. According to the verification results fed back by the People's Bank of China, the bank will send a reservation result SMS to the mobile phone number reserved by the customer when making an appointment. Customers can also check the verification results through our mobile banking, official account of WeChat WeChat official account and personal online banking after 24: 00 on October 2, 2023.

During the verification period, customers who fail to pass the verification of the People's Bank of China can go to the appointment registration outlets with valid identity documents at the time of appointment registration, and handle the cancellation of default records and the appointment of this redemption qualification business within the business hours of outlets. Failing to handle it within the time limit. Customers who successfully apply for reservation redemption qualification can apply for redemption during the business hours of the business outlets.

After the end of the verification period, customers who have not passed the verification of the People's Bank of China and have not cancelled the default record and retained the redemption qualification will not be able to apply for the reserved exchange of 2023 Zodiac coins.

Redemption period: 65438+1October 5-65438+1October1,2023.

During the redemption period, customers who have made a successful reservation must go to the reservation registration outlets on any day during the redemption period with valid identity documents at the time of reservation registration, and handle the 2023 Zodiac currency redemption business during the business hours of the outlets. At the end of the exchange period, the exchange will stop.

Third, matters needing attention

In 2023, the valid identity documents for verification and exchange of Zodiac coins must be valid identity documents that have been registered in advance.

In 2023, each person can only make an appointment 1 time, with a limit of 20 times.

Customers can call the appointment registration outlets in advance to inquire about the business hours of appointment, verification and exchange. If a customer handles foreign exchange on behalf of others, cancels the record of breach of contract, or reserves the qualification for foreign exchange, he shall handle it with valid identity documents of himself and the principal, and the number of agents shall not exceed 5.

If the customer has any objection to the reservation record, he/she can use his/her valid ID card to inquire at the local central branch of the People's Bank of China and above, and the inquiry address shall be subject to the announcement of the local central branch of the People's Bank of China and above.

Customers who use our personal online banking to make reservations do not support InternetExplorer8 or below at the moment. Please upgrade in advance or use another browser. If you use our official WeChat account to make an appointment, the computer version of WeChat is temporarily not supported. Please use the WeChat mobile client. If you use our mobile banking to make an appointment, please download the latest version of Postal Savings Bank mobile banking in advance. This appointment only supports version 8.0 and later. The above reservation channels will be opened at the beginning of the official appointment.

When handling the exchange, the bank's undertaking outlets must register the customer's identity information and the exchange quantity. If the customer needs to replace the whole box of products, it must be signed by the customer before it can be replaced.

During the reservation redemption period, customers can check the reservation redemption progress of each reservation redemption outlet through our mobile banking, official WeChat account and personal online banking. On-site electronic screen or paper posting will be used at each reservation exchange outlet to announce the reservation exchange progress of outlets 1 day before the announcement.

Due to force majeure and other reasons, some areas may postpone the work related to the 2023 Lunar New Year Coin. The local branch of the bank will separately announce the time adjustment arrangements for appointment, verification and exchange in the region.
