How do non-KBao users repay the SMS reminder of ABC?

When the balance of the message service fee account is insufficient or the account is in a special state such as oral loss reporting or password loss reporting on the deduction date, the deduction cannot be made, and the second deduction will be made at the end of the month. If the fee is not deducted for three consecutive months, the system will no longer automatically deduct the fee every month and stop sending SMS.

You can open SMS service through the counter, online banking and bank payment. You only need to pay the monthly usage fee, and the SMS service can be resumed after the payment is successful. If you cancel after the arrears, you need to pay a one-month message service fee.

The specific operation is as follows:

1. Counter: With my valid ID card and bank card with SMS service, I can pay at any outlet in China.

2. Online banking: log in to personal online banking, and click "Settings → Message Service → Message Service Payment" (you can only see this menu when you are in arrears).
