According to the "Guangxi Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Written Test Announcement in the Second Half of 2023", the registration time for the Guangxi Teacher Qualification Certificate Examination in the second half of 2023 is from 8:00 on July 7 to 12:00 on the 10th. The specific registration process is as follows:

Time schedule:

(1) Registration time: 8:00 on July 7 to 12:00 on the 10th.

(2) Review time: 8:00 on July 7 to 17:00 on July 11 (candidates who fail the review must resubmit their registration information and review deadline: 17:00 on July 11).

(3) Payment time: 8:00 on July 7 to 24:00 on July 12.

(4) Download and print time of "Admission Ticket": September 11th to 16th.

(5) Deadline for application for correction of registration information: 17:00 on September 12.

Instructions for registration:

(1) Registration.

All candidates must register first when registering for the written examination. Candidates log in to the "Registration System → Guangxi" (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration System") website of the "Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination" website (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration System") by entering the URL through a computer browser, enter their mobile phone number, and obtain a SMS verification code to register.

Each mobile phone number can only be registered once. If the candidate does not receive the SMS verification code on his mobile phone, he can seek help through the customer service phone number on the registration page. The mobile phone number and email address filled in by the candidates in the registration system are used for retrieving passwords and receiving important information. Please change them carefully during the period of taking the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination.

(2) Registration.

Candidates must log in to the registration system from July 7th to 10th, and correctly select the examination area, application category, and examination subject to register. No make-up registration will be arranged after the deadline.

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of their registration information. Whether the candidate registers in person or entrusts others, training institutions or school groups to register on his behalf, if the information he fills in is incorrect and the result is that he cannot take the exam, the passing results obtained are invalid, or he does not meet the conditions and the teacher qualifications cannot be recognized, etc. The responsibility lies with the candidates and the application fee paid is not refundable.

(3) Selection of examination area.

There are 17 examination areas for this written examination, namely: Nanning, Nanning Wuming, Liuzhou, Guilin, Guilin Yanshan, Wuzhou, Beihai, Fangchenggang, Qinzhou, Guigang, Yulin, Baise, Baise Pingguo, Hezhou, Hechi, Laibin and Chongzuo. Among them, the Baise Pingguo examination area only accepts registrations for kindergarten and primary school teacher qualification examinations.

Candidates can choose any test area (i.e. the location of the test location) to register, but they cannot change the test area after completing the registration and payment.

If the test center in a district or city cannot meet the needs of candidates due to an increase in the number of applicants, county-level backup test centers will be activated and some candidates will be randomly arranged to take the test at the county-level test center.

(4) Subject selection.

1. Candidates who apply for the cultural teacher qualification examination in primary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools and secondary vocational schools majoring in music, physical education, and art, should choose "comprehensive quality" for the two public subjects tested (Primary school/middle school)" (music, sports and art major) (code is 201A/301A), "Education and teaching knowledge and ability/educational knowledge and ability)" (music, sports and art major) (code is 202A/302A).

For candidates who have passed subjects 201A and 202A, the interview is limited to the music, physical education, and aesthetic subjects of the primary school teacher qualification examination; for candidates who have passed subjects 301A and 302A, the interview is limited to those who have taken the junior high school, senior high school Music, physical education and art professional subjects in the qualification examination for cultural teachers in middle schools and secondary vocational schools.

Candidates who have obtained passing scores in subjects 201, 202, 301, and 302 can substitute the passing scores in subjects 201A, 202A, 301A, and 302A; however, the passing scores in subjects 201A, 202A, 301A, and 302A cannot be replaced Passing grades in alternative subjects 201, 202, 301, 302.

2. Guangxi’s junior middle schools, senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools have added four subjects: "Mental Health Education", "Japanese", "Russian" and "Special Education" to the cultural teacher qualification examination interviews. Candidates who plan to apply for these subjects through interviews can choose the corresponding public subjects 201, 202 or 301, 302 when registering for the written test. They do not need to apply for "subject knowledge and teaching ability".

(5) Registration information review.

The results of the review of registration information will not be notified by text message or phone call. After submitting the registration information, candidates must pay attention to the review status of the registration system. There are two ways to present the review results, namely: "Passed review, pending payment" or "Failed review". Once approved, you can pay the fee.

Candidates who fail the review must fill in the correct information as required before the review deadline, reselect the exam area, application category, and exam subject, successfully submit the registration information again, and return to the "pending review" status.

Anyone who fails to submit correct registration information and payment as required by the time will be deemed to have given up the registration, and no make-up registration will be arranged. Under normal circumstances, the review results will be given within 48 hours after the candidate submits the registration information. If it is still in the "pending review" status after 48 hours or after the review deadline, candidates are recommended to use a browser that meets the requirements. Or change to another computer to check the review results. If it is still in the "pending review" status, please contact the written examination unit of each examination area for consultation.

(6) Payment.

After passing the review, you can pay the examination fee in the registration system. The examination fee can only be paid online, no on-site payment will be arranged. Candidates who pass the review but fail to pay the fee by the due date will be deemed to have automatically given up their registration, and no additional fees will be arranged. Registration is successful once the fee is paid, and the test area and test subject information cannot be modified. Except for force majeure factors such as government actions or natural disasters, no refunds will be made. Candidates are advised to apply carefully.

The examination fees are based on the "Notice of the Finance Department of the Price Bureau of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Reforming the Management Method of Vocational Qualification Examination Fee Standards" (Gui Price Fee [2016] No. 79) and the "Guangxi Admissions and Examination Institute" website.
