I was working on this problem just now. There seems to be something wrong with the question. It seems that the calculation is not an integer.

Solution:

Suppose one person forwards X people on average.

Then x+1+x (x+1) =133.

Arrange, get

x+ 1+x？ +x= 133

x？ +2x+ 1= 133

（x+ 1）？ = 133

x+ 1= √ 133

∴x 1=√ 133- 1,x2=-√ 133- 1

A: On average, one person forwards it to (√ 133- 1) or (-√ 133- 1) individuals.
