(1) Lack of ideological understanding

The dereliction of duty in management and supervision at work is largely due to my subjective negligence, lack of ideological understanding and failure to perform my duties well.

(2) Master employees' thoughts is not deep enough.

I don't have a deep understanding of the thoughts and behaviors of some employees, fail to find problems in time, fail to follow up the ideological work of employees, and lack the guidance of daily ideological management.

(3) Management is too institutionalized.

The control of the management system is not flexible enough, too mechanized, the system requirements are not humanized enough, and it is not strictly implemented according to the system regulations, which makes contradictions and management dead ends appear in the work.

(4) Lack of guidance and communication of performance management.

There are some problems in performance appraisal management, such as imperfect performance communication system and lack of effective feedback channels for employees' work performance. Without effective feedback and guidance, performance communication lacks corresponding system guarantee, which can not effectively improve the existing problems.

(1) Establish a correct leadership and management mentality.

As a first-level manager, every employee should be fair, just and objective, actively listen to the different opinions of employees, and distinguish between public and private. While strictly demanding employees, we should also help employees who have difficulties, do a good job of ideological guidance, be closer to employees, and make management more humane and rational.

(2) Strengthen team building and create a good team atmosphere.

Sincere and equal internal communication is the basis of creating a harmonious working atmosphere. In the process of setting performance goals and standards, it is necessary to discuss with leaders and employees, comprehensively consider various factors and formulate a reasonable performance appraisal system. In the implementation of performance, by analyzing the completion of employee performance indicators, find problems, give employees performance guidance and suggestions, give performance feedback, and feed back the results to employees; Face-to-face communication and analysis of bad indicators, and determine improvement measures. Through full and effective communication in all aspects of performance appraisal, the expected goal of performance management can be achieved.

(4) Strengthen detail management and start from scratch.

Detail management is the foundation and soul of management. Any small link in management work may affect the progress of the whole work, so we should strengthen the awareness of detail management, attach importance to details, improve details, attach importance to detail management, and seriously deal with every detail in management work.
