Why is Xiaomi 6 suddenly unable to use 4G network?

The mobile phone cannot connect to the data network or cannot access the Internet after being connected. We recommend that you:

1. Make sure that the mobile phone is not in arrears and the current signal is good.

2. Check whether the data network logo in the upper right corner is normal. H, 4G, 4G, and 5G or above networks are relatively good;

3. Try turning the data flow on or off again or restarting the phone. You can also temporarily change other SIM cards to try;

4. Check whether the Internet function of a single program has been disabled in the MIUI built-in network assistant, or the upper limit of the currently set package traffic has been reached;

5. If you have installed other network management software, you can try to close or uninstall it;

6. Reset APN settings (System Settings-Dual SIM and Mobile Network---Click on the corresponding Internet SIM card-- -Access Point Name (APN) -Reset), select the access point of "net" to try;

7. Back up the data, clear the data without restoring the backup, and try to see if it is normal. If it is abnormal, you can go to the after-sales outlet for testing.

Additional note: Some areas support 4G but the signal condition is very poor, which may also cause the network speed to be too low.
