How come there is no prompt every time the phone bill is running out?

If the general balance is not enough to deduct the rent for next month, there will be a corresponding SMS reminder. If you don't receive it, there are generally the following situations:

1 Your mobile phone has been turned off or stopped for more than the time limit for sending SMS (i.e. 24 hours);

2 SMS storage space is full;

Due to the influence of network and rush hour, there may be some time delay or information loss when sending SMS.

If the above reasons are excluded, it is suggested that you can contact the Unicom customer service where the number belongs to verify the relevant reasons.
