reason 5. the mobile phone is used overseas or used overseas

solution: due to the influence of the mobile phone service operator's business, the mobile phone can't receive the verification code when used overseas or used overseas, so it is recommended to try to replace the mobile phone.

reason 6. people around you can use it normally, but they can't receive it themselves
